Was taken out of the box just for pictures and to do some testing to make sure it still works with it's age. 

Unfortunately I no longer have the box it came in but it's in near new condition

Everything was tested and works flawlessly the day it did when I bought it. 

There are some very minor scratches from being in storage but it's barely noticeable and doesn't affect it's performance.
