Vintage Plastic 3 1/2" Rattle Lure with Diving Lip Marked with an S Bass Scale Olive

This rattle lure is 3 1/2" long.  There is a chip of paint by the front treble hook.  I don't believe it has ever been fished.  

The diving lip is marked with an S.  The paint is olive scale.
