I am guessing the doll is B Mine Barbie Doll.  On her back is C Mattel Inc. 1966, Malaysia.  She is a pretty doll.  Her hair is full and clean.  It has a crinkled effect.  Goes to her waist.  The face paint is full.  She has pretty silver shiny earrings.  She is missing a ring. The color of her skin is a creamy pink tan.  It is even thru all body.  The arms are firm and do move sideways.  They do move front to back.  She is TNT. The legs are firm and move front to back.  There are the usual holes on the bottom.  Nothing is sticking out.  All in all in good condition.  I am a long time Barbie and friends collector but not a expert.
