Note on the use of air cooler
1. The calibre of piping should be matched with the size of the inlet and outlet, and should not be changed or reduced. Use high-pressure hose and direct head to reduce the resistance of oil return as far as possible.
2. When using the return oil cooling method, must be installed bypass unloading circuit safety valve opening pressure less than 0.5MPa, in order to prevent the system from starting to produce too high a pulse pressure damage to the radiator. 3 air cooler should be located to avoid the vibration and impact, into the exhaust free and smooth, firmly installed 4. It is not rec ommended to install filters in the oil outlet.
Air cooler correct installation and maintenance
1. The cooler must be placed in a well-ventilated place and easy to clean the air into the side of the dirt before and after the fan blade radius must be more than the space , in order to facilitate air circulation and heat exchange effect is good.
2. In order to prot ect the cooler will not rupture when the cooler is installed in the oil return circuit, it must be equipped with a b y-pass unloading loop. Parallel with the cooler and make sure that when the return oil circuit meets with high pulse pressure, it can be opened to unload the pressure firstly.
3. For the correct installation, it is recommended to use the hose, correctly install the bypass unloading circuit or use the independent circulating cooling method.
4 . F or the cleaning of the air side, compressed air or hot water can be used to clear the air side in the direction of aluminium sheet, and please pay attention to disconnecting the power during the cleaning, and to protect the fan coil not to let the water in.
