WW2 RAF P4AM COMPASS (LANCASTER ETC)

Fantastic piece of RAF aviation history. This is the larger 7" diameter type (RAF Ref 6A/745) as fitted to a
number of bomber aircraft (Lancaster, Wellington, Halifax etc). Totally original - hasn't been messed around with or used as
a source of spare parts for screws etc.  Could have come straight out of an aircraft - has scratches etc, which one would
expect from usage.  Still points to North, although I suspect the fluid has long since evaporated.  Has Kings Crown symbol on
side (some just have the crows foot, denoting War Department). Not sure why is is marked P4AM (others just show P4A),
perhaps someone can enlighten me ?
