The Aughts Shop: We pride ourselves in maintaining a high standard of quality for pre-owned sets. Each item undergoes a thorough process of washing, sanitizing, and inspecting all pieces for any significant breakages or damage.
Set Condition: Sets are sold unassembled, without original packaging, and instructions unless specified otherwise.

Ball Joint Socket Cracks: Sets from the 2005-2010 era, cracked joints are common and sometimes unavoidable. I do make sure they still provide good friction for the figure, but be aware that items sold may have minor cracks in the ball joint sockets.
Errors & Part variations: We strive to ensure the accuracy of every used set we offer, yet occasional mistakes may occur. Should you find any missing or incorrect pieces in your order, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will make every effort to rectify the situation promptly.
Free Kanohi: Free items with purchase are chosen randomly and will be either a mask, visor, or head from any of the large figure categories. Masks will be included for each two (2) separate listings purchased together.
Shipping Information: Following the receipt of cleared payment, please anticipate a handling period of up to 5 business days. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Kindly consider this timeframe when making your purchase.
Payment Information: Payments for listings are required within 3 days of purchase. Failure to provide payment within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the order, which will then be relisted.
