Great computer for gaming or graphic design.  Speedy!  Never had any problem with the computer.  Computer is in excellent condition overall.  There is some wear around the wrist rests edges from normal every day use.  There is also an official Alienware sticker applied to wrist rest that isn't there on a new computer.

If you aren't happy with the computer simply return it! (although you will be responsible for resetting to factory settings, and paying return shipping costs)
