Rare original antique engraving print from an 1840s illustrated journal. This antique print depicts a beautiful allegorical view of winter. An article on the back of the print explains that “Winter the King” is seated in the sled with his bare bough scepter. The sled is harnessed to a pack of wolves. The page is in excellent condition for its age.
There is text/photos on the back of the print. See scan for an accurate view of the condition.
