Vintage HP Compaq Presario 1621 Retro Windows Laptop.

Screen is broken, lines on the left when turned on, more sections progressed to the right while it warmed up. No picture loaded just lines and a dead screen.

No other testing has been done apart from opening the CD tray.

No idea what operating system it has if any.
