Domestic free shipping is expedited. We have many different shipping locations depending on the product you buy and the shipping location that you choose. We try to ship most items within 24 hours of payment Monday-Friday. Most orders are in transit for two days but some may take longer. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is a result of our mistake.

Please email us for returns through eBay. Do not mark the boxes in any way, as this is classed as a non-resalable condition.

If you believe your product is faulty you must contact us via eBay message or contact our customer services team and inform us of the fault, we will then ask you to send in a short video or a picture so that our technical team can examine the fault to help resolve the issue.

If the fault can be fixed by sending a replacement part, we will order the parts for you.
