Brandon Maxwell ivory drop waist column gown. This dress is a true sample from the designer’s NYC showroom, so there is no label or size tag or fabric tags. Dress is supposed to have a loose fit, so a size 6-8 is my guess based on measurements (see below). Purchased at the brand’s NYC sample sale. It is the same beautiful quality you’d expect from Brandon Maxwell. Top half of dress is probably some kind of wool/polyamide blend and is lined, bottom half is silk and unlined. Zipper back with hook and eye closure. Hidden pockets. Dress has an unfinished hem that could easily be taken up and hemmed by a tailor. Would be fantastic for bridal, wedding.

There are a couple of minor nicks/scratches in the silk fabric on the back, bottom of the dress—see last pic. No other flaws I can see. Dress is quite long, so it’s possible you’d have that cut off when hemmed depending on your height.
