  Please inspect your parcel carefully upon delivery - In case if item delivered to you is faulty or damaged in any way please report it to us as straight away and refuse delivery. We will be then able to replace or refund it for you.

60 days returns policy. We are happy to accept returns for a full refund on any item purchased over the internet. Returns must be completed within 60 days of purchase of the item(s) and all items must be unused and returned in the same condition as they were received. Exceptions:Before you hang any part of wallpaper: read instruction provided (if instruction is missing please do not install wallpaper but contact us for a replacement) layout your mural to ensure that all panels are the same size, colour, that they match together perfectly and they are in good condition. Refunds or exchanges will not be made once you have hung any part of your mural.

Please note that delivery to some locations described by courier as remote area can take 1 day longer. There is no Saturday/Sunday delivery for this service. 

    Please also note that, as per our courier's Terms and Conditions of Carriage, all claims for loss must be submitted within 14 days of the date of purchase. Damaged claims can be made as soon as the parcel arrives, but must be made within 7 days from when the parcel was delivered.
