60 days returns policy. We are happy to accept returns for a full refund on any item purchased over the internet. Returns must be completed within 60 days of purchase of the item(s) and all items must be unused and returned in the same condition as they were received. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning item and we are unable to refund any postage cost, (except where goods are received faulty). Exceptions: Before you hang any part of wallpaper: read instruction provided (if instruction is missing please do not install wallpaper but contact us for a replacement) layout your mural to ensure that all panels are the same size, colour, that they match together perfectly and they are in good condition. Refunds or exchanges will not be made once you have hung any part of your mural.

* All orders dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment via DHL courier (or any other available service) - One business day - we are not dispatching parcels over weekend.

** Express Next Day Delivery available only if your payment reach us before 1pm. This service guarantee delivery to 95% of the UK the next working day. Please note that delivery to some locations described by courier as remote area can take one to two days longer. There is no Saturday/Sunday delivery for this service.

*** Postage outside of United Kingdom: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties if applicable. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
