Not really very familiar with tablet computers but this looks as though it operates in a very similar way to my android phone.
Seems to charge up OK and it connected through to my wireless Internet without any problems.
I haven't tried setting up any apps on it - the icons on the home screen were already on it but I would think that most people would want to set it up to suit themselves anyway.
Comes with the charger and box.
