This list is for 2 skirts, one from H&M (black skirt) and the other from Forever21 (blue skirt). Both skirts are high-rise and sit at the waist and the bottoms of the skirt fall above the knee.
- Black skirt: H&M Divided, size Small. The length is about 17 inches, the waist is about 13.5 inches, and the circumference is about 27 inches. All measurements were taken with the skirt laying flat. The waist is very stretchy and this skirt is pull-on.
- Blue skirt: Forever21, size Medium. The length is about 16 inches, the waist is about 13.5 inches, and the circumference is about 27 inches. All measurements were taken with the skirt laying flat. The waist is not stretchy and this skirt has a zipper on the back.
