This map dates to the early development of the Pleasant Valley Subdivision in Little Rock, Arkansas and measures 27” by approximately 23.5”. While there is no date indicated it’s safe to assume this piece dates to the early 1970’s or maybe even the late 1960’s as plenty of lots appear to be unsold (at absolute BARGAIN prices).

Along with a few hand written notations the lots that were no longer available have been marked out with ink. As this is a roughly 50 year old map some wear is present. The top right quarter of the map appears slightly darker than the rest of the map. Please note that this map shows wrinkles and folds as it has been folded for decades (could likely be pressed out). Please see pictures for condition.

This is one of the oldest and most rare pieces of memorabilia related to this historic Little Rock neighborhood you will ever find, don’t miss out as another one may never surface again!

This item ships folded and protected with multiple layers of cardboard to prevent damage for free!
