It is the seal on the carburettor flange, i.e. between the carburettor and the intake manifold. 
The inner diameter is approximately 36 mm. The hole distance from center hole to center hole of the mounting holes is approximately 68 mm.
When you dismantle the carburettor, please always change the gasket,
as this hardens over time and can then allow incorrect air to enter.
