It is very reluctantly that i am selling my beloved audi 80 cabriolet. She has been amazing to own and enjoy and i am only selling on due to change is circumstance. She has never let me down and i hope the pictures can do a lot of the talking.
I have spent a lot of money on her over the years and tried to keep her in tip top condition. It is in great original condition with original paintwork. No rust and is solid. This car is not concourse condition but is a great example for a 28 year old car. The 2.8 drives very well and always starts without issue. The car is currently kept indoors.
MOT until 22/8/24 and comes with a good service history. It is not complete but have been building it back up over the last 4 1/2 years.
The cam belt was done in August 2019 at about 12,000 mile ago.
She has very good Michelin tyres all round, the power hood works as should. New battery. New clutch 10K miles ago. recently had new brake pads and discs. There are various other works i have done on her, new lower exteriors rubbers, new dash LCD screen, new wipers etc
It has the cruise control that apparently is very rare in this model. as well as trip computer. Electric front and rear windows and mirrors. Power soft top/ hood and does not leak adn rubbers are all in good condition. I had new rear window put in a couple of years ago. Everything is fully working.
There are a couple of small dents on the drivers side door and have tried to add pictures. Best way to describe them is trolly dinks. There is no age related rust to the bodywork and is in very good condition.
She was made a CAT N since 2022. (See last picture of accident) The car was reversed into whilst parked in a parking space. As you will see the damage was very light, a broken bumper and fog light which i repaired and paid for myself. the insurance company wrote it off by accident but sadly very hard to get removed by DVLA and I simply do not have the time to take further.
I had the car fully serviced on the 14th December 2023 at a cost of £610, new plugs, oil , filters, and well as two new front wheel bearings and previously serviced September 22 about 3000 miles previous.
I have reduced the cost to reflect everything and I believe first to see will buy
