TOLO TOYS FIRST FRIENDS ELCTRONIC CAR Flowers Purple Not Working

Unique color wave for this Tolo car. Unfortunately, the sounds and lights don’t seem to work. There is some rust inside the battery compartment that I attempted to clean with no luck. No figures included.
