This is a gently worn, maybe once, short dress by TweezeMe. It has long fringe knotted around the collar to hang down the front and back of this mini dress. The color is beige. The fabric is polyester and the lining is polyester. Made in China. There is no zipper, this is a Pull-on dress. There is a little stretch to the fabric. There are long straps that cross over in the back.
It is a womens size Small.
MEASUREMENTS across the back when laying flat:From underarm seam to underarm seam = approx. 17" (or a size 32-34 bust)
Waist = approx 14" (28" around")
Hips = approx 17" (34" around)
Length measuring from side, at the top under the arm to hem = approx 22"
The fringe hangs down from 9-10"

The condition of this mini dress is that it looks new, possibly worn once, no stains nor tears that I can see.
The shop I bought this at sprays a pleasing fragrance to all their clothing. It doesn't affect the wear-ability of the clothing.
Wear this to the Railbirds Music Festival in Lexington, Kentucky, to a party, for a dance, for a dinner date, as a masquerade (come as Pocahontas) to a party. Wear it for a theater production.
