GRADING DEFINITIONS

Mint – in an “as new” pristine condition

Excellent – no obvious flaws, sharp corners, no visible marks, and any writing or postmarks do not detract from the appearance of the item

Very Good – minor defects, such as light corner wear, light album storage marks, light signs of age and handling that are not seriously detrimental to the item

Good – some small noticeable defects, such as small creases, bends, marks, light postal ink and light indentations

Fair – obvious creasing, corner/edge damage, marks, postal ink, staining, indentations, and/or small tears

Poor – serious damage, a gap filler item only


I try to grade items honestly and fairly, but as this is a subjective matter of opinion please view the scanned image carefully to make your own appraisal of the item's condition. 

In addition, as items have to be scanned, uploaded to ebay, then viewed on your device, the colours and/or brightness of the image may appear slightly different in reality to what you see on the screen. 

NOTE: small marks/creases/flaws will not be individually listed – however, any major damage or significant issues will always be mentioned in the description.

POSTAGE & PACKING

All items will be packed in protective packaging, eg plastic sleeves, board-backed "DO NOT BEND" envelopes, etc.

When buying multiple items, any special offers or combined shipping discounts are valid only when items are ordered together, and cannot be applied after payment is received.  Please use the shopping basket (click "add to basket") to qualify for any discounts.  If this is not working for some reason, please contact me for assistance BEFORE purchase. 

Occasionally for efficiency reasons I may split larger orders into more than one package, or combine separate orders to the same addressee into one package. 

Please be aware that my postage and packaging charges reflect the true cost of getting an item to a customer, not just the price of a stamp, eg they include the cost of packaging materials, ebay fees, petrol to post office, courier collection fees where applicable etc.

For non-UK customers, I always use the ebay Global Shipping Programme (GSP). Any import charges, taxes etc are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local laws and regulations before purchase.

Ebay electronic payment methods only – I do not accept cheques, postal orders, etc.

Please ensure that the correct delivery address is used when paying, as delivery labels are printed out directly from ebay.
