Note:

1. It displays LLL.L when temperature is below minus 50℃. It displays HHH.H when temperature is higher than 300℃。
2. Do not open it with the probe facing you. Be careful with the probe to avoid injury.
3. Do not leave the thermometer in the oven while cooking.
4. Do not touch the heat probe with your hand.
5. Clean the metal probe with soapy water. Clean the thermometer by hand and do not submerge it completely. Insert metal probe into boiling water to sterilize it for a few minutes.
