This is a used Hoover Concept One vacuum cleaner.  Vacuum is in good  condition, it does have some scratches and scuff marks and where and tear because it is used. It runs very well, it has a new bag and belt.  The handle has a few cracks you can see in the last picture. It doesn’t affect it structurally just pointing it out.
