If for some reason your items do not get to you safely, please send us pictures of the damaged item(s), the pieces that have broken off or damaged, the box, and the box with the label.  We need all of these pictures before we will process your refund or send a replacement if available. 

·        -Shipping may be combined if you purchase multiple items. Most all listings have combined shipping set up automatically if you buy more than one of the same items in a listing.  For example, if you are buying several of the same items…there will be a base Shipping price for the first item, and then a much-reduced price for each additional one. Example purpose only …$4.99 plus $1.99 each additional.  

·        -If purchasing items from different listings, please contact us, so we can create a SPECIAL-ORDER LISTING FOR YOU. We need items, quantity, and your zip code sent to us. We can then weigh the items and give you a quote.

·        -Buyer Pays for return shipping. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
