Who is this gentleman?  I suppose a Royal figure from Germany or one of its 19th C kingdoms or political phases.  This is a small demitasse cup of the finest porcelain, thin and translucent.  The cup measures approx 2" H, the saucer approx 4 1/2".  I did an internet search, to find nothing like it online.  It is lovely and mint.
