We recommend reviewing your dreadlocks on arrival to make sure you're happy with the colour, look and feel. You can even shampoo one dreadlock to gain a clearer understanding of how they behave and wear.
Quality, Wear: Our dreadlock extensions are hand crocheted to a high standard, just like your own dreaded hair, they will mature in time and with wear and will become a little more flexible. Also just like your own dreadlocks, it's normal for loose hairs to escape in time, particularly after shampooing and occasional maintenance maybe required by using a crochet hook to pull any escapees back into the dreadlock.
Maintenance: Shampoo your dreadlocks as normal. It's normal for loose hairs to escape, particularly as they continue to mature and after shampooing, so use a crochet hook to pull the loose hairs back into the dread. Palm rolling regularly with downward pressure will help shape the dread and avoid excessive shrinking. Human hair extensions can become more dehydrated than your own hair so we recommend using conditioning spray or conditioning oils as needed.
All dreadlock extensions are made by hand. Please allow up to 3-4 days to process your order.
