Vintage Hello Kitty Mini Clipboard with Pencil and Paper- Sanrio-1976- Made in Japan. 
Includes plastic clipboard with Hello Kitty Apple Clip, Pencil with attached plastic chain. 
Measures 4" x 3". 
In good condition for age and use. 
Plastic clip board has no chips or cracks. Minimal wear with slight scratch on back. 
Clip is intact. Minimal paint wear on clip and board writing and pictures. 

Original pencil is fully intact with plastic chain. Pencil shows use
