Vintage Battle Creek Thermophore Automatic Moist Heat Pack 055 14”x 27”. Good working condition. As you can see from the detail photos the box and the washable cover have some spots/stains. I regrettably did not photo the side of the box that shows the size, but it is the "055" 14"x27" size.
