All items are shipped with usps ground advantage by weight of package. Items are wrapped with bubble wrap, padded with recycled cardboard, and finally placed in a poly mailer (or box if necessary). MB_and_co reserves the right to add or remove packaging for any item if found necessary, but the vast majority of our items will come in shipping materials as described above.
*As a result of capturing photos in a lightbox set in a pitch black room, you may notice dark shadows on the jewelry surface. In most cases these are just shadows being reflected. If any clarification is needed, reach out with questions and you will be assisted.
Gold and precious metal return policy: MB_and_co allows returns on gold/precious metal (10k-24k) and items valued at $100 or more within 14 days of purchase, however, purchaser is responsible for shipping charges (to their door and back to return address + applicable signature services and/or insurance (for some packages that require)) which will be reflected in return amount. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please do not alter the item in any way; MB_and_co reserves the right to deny return requests for alterations, damage, etc.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days.
