D9E
D9E germanium diodes, point-type, rectifier.
Designed to convert alternating voltage with a frequency of up to 100 kHz.
Used for work in radio engineering and electronic devices for general and special purposes.
Available in a glass case with multi-directional flexible leads.
Marked with a color code on the diode body.
To indicate polarity, there is a red dot on the positive (anode) terminal side.
To indicate the standard rating, a color dot is applied to the side surface of the case:
- D9B-red,
- D9V-orange,
- D9G-yellow,
- D9D-white,
- D9E-blue,
- D9J-green,
- D9I-two yellow,
- D9K-two white,
- D9L-two green,
- D9M-two blue
The mass of the diode is not more than 0.3 g.
