The ashtray is a 1940s vintage original and was made by an unknown maker in China. Archived Newspaper advertisements show them popping up for sale on the US market in the late 1940s. The item has multi-color and is perfect for collectors of other Chinese antiques, Asian antiques, and antiques in general.
