This is a vintage Blanc De Chine porcelain statue figure of Guanyin, a Chinese deity associated with compassion and mercy. The statue has a height of 14 inches (35.5cm) and features a removable hand. The color is white, and it originates from the Qing dynasty (1644-1911) in China.

The porcelain statue is a mid-century piece and is in excellent condition. It appears to be an original item and post-1940.

See photos for condition. I found no cracks or repairs. The bottom has one imperfection, but that may have been from the original mold.

It features a removable left hand. I’m not sure how the hand is intended to stay inserted, but it doesn’t appear to be damaged in any way.
