When Ferris Wheel is turned by hand to the desired point, it begins to rotate and play a song.

Good condition overall...the children have lost a bit of their painted clothing... a trip to the Craft Store and the children can be given new clothes! The base could use a refresh as well. The important thing is that the lamp and music box work!
