From Sakai Takayuki's Premium model "Homura" GUREN Single bevelled series, HIEN (Kiritsuke Yanagiba) 300 mm has a Single bevel blade (for Right Handed), crafted and forged in Sakai, Osaka by a Master Black Smith Mr. Doi.
~Blades born in the fires of Sakai~
This is a series of high quality Kurouchi(Black Finish) knives hammer forged by Mr. Itsuo Doi using Yasuki Blue #2 steel. Unique but tried and tested profiles, hand hammered finishes, and convex grinds make these lookers as well as performers.
