The story goes, in 2003, Skipper was planned to be released with Alex, Gloria and Marty but Skipper never was released with the gang because his wings could detach and cause a choking hazard. In 2008, Skipper's wings were fixed but the release only occurred in Europe. 

The blister card and pack are in fair to good condition.
