Lionel - KW 190-Watt Transformer, mfg 1950-65. After 77+ years of operating & collecting Lionel toy trains, I have decided to start selling off my collection. This Item is from my personal collection. This is the last year I'm running & showing our Train Layout.
Notice: This was one of the Transformers that I actually used to run our Trains with. I noticed when taking the pictures for this listing that there are the expected "cracks" in the insulation of the power cord. This is the original power cord and it's probably 65-70 years old. The way you see it folded and wire tied is how it was sitting on my control panel for over 45 years. So naturally in the folds is where the insulation can crack. Probably should have a new power cord installed! In the desire to be totally "Transparent" in my description, I bring it to your attention. The Controls have excellent power pickup rollers, and this KW has always performed excellent!
