I received the Matchbox cars I am selling from a relative who purchased them new in 1969-74. They were used as scenery items on a model train layout and then about 1980 the cars were packed up and have been stored in a closet ever since.

 I don’t claim to be an expert in old Matchbox cars so I tried to take high quality photos that will speak for themselves to show the condition of each car and box.  The photos are unretouched.  The cars and boxes are completely original with no alterations or touchups. Boxes have varying degrees of wear and tear and some have been carefully reinforced on inside corners with clear tape.

Car will be wrapped in bubble pack and box will be flattened and protected with cardboard overwrap, and shipped out in a padded envelope.
