This listing includes the typewriter and the case it locks into. The case is in rough condition!!! Not only does it have stains from poor storage but the latch is broken so the case not does lock closed as it is supposed to.

The typewriter itself also has some small rust spots, scratches, dirt, and dust with old ribbon. It may need a deeper cleaning but I didn’t want to risk damaging anything. I was able to get it to work as you can see in a few of the photos - at first it was very faint but I fiddled with it and made it darker but it may need new ribbon.

I’m no expert but everything works to my knowledge - occasionally keys stick but not consistently enough to need fixing - I think its just old.

I couldn’t pin down the exact year but I know its from the 1950s.
