Rare gem grade faceted Hackmanite that has a very strong fluorescence when exposed to UV light. This material also glows in the dark after being exposed to UV light and is tenebrescent, meaning it will change to a dark purple after prolonged exposure to UV.
This gem is truly unique, under SW & LW ultraviolet light the gem glows pink and orange respectively.
After exposure to ultraviolet light for 10-30 seconds the gem emits a phosphorescent glow in total darkness - it glows in the dark. A unique and rare piece to own.
