Add a touch of the castle-at-home to your dining room with this solid oak, antique dining table and six matching chairs including 2 carvers. An inherited set that has been in the same house in north London for more than 50 years.
Dating from the 1930s, the Jacobean-style table and set of six chairs was made to fit into smaller dining rooms with a table length of 168 cm and width of 68.5cm, height of 76cm. The style will suit both traditional and modern dining rooms, warehouse-style open-plan decor or even a rustic pub dining room. The oak is beautiful, practical and virtually indestructible. The six matching chairs are upholstered in dark brown leather with brass studs and all are in extremely good condition. There is a tiny hairline split in the table top at one end which can be easily filled if needed. A perfect set for those who love solid oak furniture and want an antique piece made with traditional craftsmanship. A quick wipe keeps the leather seats clean, solid oak is low maintenance and durable, family friendly and will stand the test of time.
