• ‘Node’ refers to the part of the plant where the leaf meets the stem.

• The node is where the plant is able to grow new roots from.

• Length of cutting is measured in CM for some varieties.

• Mother plants are grown in a professional grade potting mix and are fertilized fortnightly.

• Mother plants are treated with systemic pesticide regularly and cuttings are sprayed with contact pesticide before shipping where appropriate.

• Variegation, if present, can be unstable and sometimes plants can revert or turn completely white.

• The plants future variegation is at the buyers risk.

• Stronger variegation can be encouraged by trimming plant back to the last node that showed good variegation.

• Flowers, if present, may not last until the end of auction and may be removed prior to shipping.

PAYMENT

• Payment must be made by 12 noon on Saturdays to ensure Monday shipping.

• Purchases made after 12 may not be shipped until the following Monday.

• I am able to hold orders for up to 1 week - if unpaid after 7 days then your order will be cancelled and the item re-listed.

SHIPPING

• Free for orders over $200

• I CANNOT POST TO WA, NT, TAS OR OVERSEAS DUE TO CUSTOMS LAWS.

• After postage has been lodged, you will receive a tracking number - unless it has been posted as a Letter.

• I do my best to provide good quality plants but how the package is handled is handled by Aus Post is out of my hands.

• Because of this I take no responsibility for damages that may occur during shipping.

• Please contact Aus Post if package is delivered damaged or lost.

• Please msg me if you are located in Melbourne and would prefer to pick up. I am available most evenings and some weekends to organise pick up times.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

• Refunds or replacements are available if the plant:

• Is the wrong species.

• If it arrives in very poor condition, with root rot or living pests - you must contact me with photos 2 days of the packages arrival to establish this.

• If the plant dies within 7 days of arrival - You must contact me with photos within this time frame to establish this.
