Features ergonomic, riveted handles along with a vented tempered glass lid with a wide stainless steel band, cut with our exclusive design. Encapsulated construction with a single layer of 18/10 stainless steel in the cookware body provides corrosion resistance, and a 5mm aluminum disc encased in a magnetic stainless steel base allows for even heat distribution and prevents hot spots. Includes steaming rack that doubles as a cooling rack.
