Miniature Hanau solid silver cherub sail boat Circa 1900 a long boat with articulated sail & a putti or cherub seated in the boat. The sides of the boat designed with pastoral scenes & a mermaid figure to the bow.
Weight 105 grams
Dimensions: the boat measures 11.5 cms long by 4 cms wide , & 13 cms high
Hallmarks: This piece bears Hanau silver pseudo marks of a crown over C & the silver stamp of a swan together with the Austrian import silver mark for 1901- 1922
Condition : in very good order
