MANUFACTURER:
Manufactured by Conway Stewart
MODEL DETAILS:
A good vintage example of the classy CS27 model, in what I understand to be the less common of the two "tigers eys" designs. Probably dating from 1950, the pen has only very minor evidence of its age.
The nib is a good, medium+ 14ct CS5 - smooth to write with.
The pen has been cleaned and serviced, fitted with a new ink sac.
Overall, the pen is in a very presentable condition, with very minor brassing of the metalwork. The box however, whilst being solid, does have some external staining.
A good example for the collector, or one for regular use.
