BIDDING & AUCTION LISTINGS Buyers are expected to honour their bids when placing one. Cancelling an order that someone else was willing and happy to honour is of poor character.
Full payment is required within 4 days of the successful winning bid.
If payment has not been made and / or no contact received, then the order will be cancelled and relisted at the sellers choosing. Bidders who have requested cancellations AFTER bidding has ended, in the past on orders that then had to be relisted, or who were not financially committed to honouring when placing a winning bid, will be considered malicious and blocked from future auctions at sellers’ discretion.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Buyers are responsible for any sales, import or custom fees that apply. Once item has been shipped seller is no longer responsible for your goods or responsbile for the condition of the goods whilst in transit. The buyer is expected to make reasonable attempts to recieve their goods on day of delivery, or, should they have missed their delivery, take responsiblity for their paid for items by locating and contacting their nearest post office or firm who had attempted to delvier their parcel. A tracking number is always supplied in order for you to track your parcel and take ownership of it. Should for some reason buyer not make any attempt to collect their parcel, it will be send back to seller at the most econimical means possible which could take up to 90 days to be returned. No refund will be processed until said parcel is returned back to seller undamaged and in the same condition it was shipped to buyer in. Abandoned goods will not be refunded.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Unless an item is faulty or does not match its description a return will not be accepted especially for change of mind decisions. Once payment is made and items have been shipped to you, seller is no longer responsible for your goods. For any item valued under $100 & damaged whilst in transit, the buyer is expected to lodge a compensation claim through Aust Post (as the reciever of the damaged goods) with evidence of damage (Photos & physical items) including the original packaging and the box it was shipped, AND it must be lodged to Aust Post within the 21 days after advising either the Seller directly or through the eBay reporting process. Any difference in the total cost of your order and the compensation from Aust post will be refunded ONLY for the cost of your order (inc postage), and not for the value of the item.
For Any item/items not matching their description: A full refund will only be considered providing that you had made contact directly or by the eBay report within 48 hours of your delivery & the items returned & received to seller are in the same packaging and box they had been shipped in within the time frame mentioned above.
Buyer is responsible for returning goods to seller.
