The key-chains are factory sealed with factory shrink wrap and was produced by Placo/Capcom. The contents are unused and never removed from the package. Contents are C10/unused and never opened. 

The package has wear with small tears/missing pieces in the cello but not enough to compromise the sealed integrity as well as damage to the corners/edges of the package.
