Item up for sale is an amazing vintage painting on canvas titled "Three Gulls" which was created in 1982 by William H. Piner who signed the canvas with "Bill Piner". This piece has a card from the artist affixed to the back side of the frame identifying the full name of the artist, date of creation, title of the artwork and location in Morehead City, North Carolina. 

Canvas shows no rips, tears, holes or dimples. Back side of the display shows duct tape used to secure the painting so new owner may wish to upgrade. Surface of the painting shows some soiling and patina and could use a cleaning. Frame is of the period and likely original to the piece. Wood shows no cracks or breaks with two tone paint showing some wear and loss consistent with age and display. Front side of the framing showing an inset nautical rope used as a decorative trim. 

Artwork itself measures 18" top to bottom by 24" wide. Frame measures 22-1/2" top to bottom by 28-1/2" wide by 0-3/4" depth. Beautifully done piece that comes fresh to the market. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
