Superb Edwardian walking cane with carved malacca wood pommel in a shape of mature gentleman, brass collar and horn ferrule.

Carving might represent caricature of an Asian gentleman due to its facial features.

Malacca pommel is really nicely carved, showing good detail. The shape of the pommel/head is nicely carved to fit in the palm of a hand. Just beneath the pommel, simple brass collar mounted on a smooth wooden cane fallowed by a 8cm horn ferrule.

The age of cane falls between 1890 and 1930, and it remains in its original state, maintaining its antique charm.

In good condition, showing light wear, marks and imperfections. Cane has a very gental bow/warp to it as it was most definitely used.

Approximately 95cm long including pommel which is approx: 6cm by 4.5cm
