These are very hard to find, especially in the states. This one was a foreign import that has been gone through within the last year and a half to two years. When it was gone through the lights on the face were changed with I believe LEDs. Lights are Red on startup then quickly change to Blue once the system is ready. Since it was serviced and gone through, everything is in perfect working order. 

I did my best to photograph any marks, dings or damage. Overall, this is in amazing shape for its age. It does show very slights signs of wear on the corners and edges. 

Please excuse the reflections in the photos, the face plate has so few scratches that it is hard to take a good photo without reflections. 

From HiFiEngine.com I was able to find the specifications on the M-5060R. Below is what I found.

Please note this unit can be used on Foreign 220V or US Domestic 120V, just make sure the switch is flipped the correct direction. The switch is currently set to 120V.  The end of the power cord does have an adapter going from power Type C (most of the world) to Type B (North America).
