Shipping Time / Delivery Time
We try our best to ship out the same day for payments cleared before 5.00 PM (Pacific Time), otherwise we will ship on next working day.
Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped on Monday or next working day.
We use USPS with Delivery Confirmation. Big orders will be shipped via Priority mail (with tracking) automatically without any extra shipping cost.

Replacement/Exchange
We accept exchange/replace items within 30 days of when the customer receives the merchandise.
Buyer will pay the return shipping cost regardless of any reason. No exceptions.
We will process RMA within 7-14 days when we receive the item back. We will exchange/replace an item if only it is returned in the same condition as when we shipped it out. No exceptions.
Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and merchandise must be in an unused condition only.
